ABOUT THE ARTIST

Nazish Hassan works in her personal studio in Delhi. Since the beginning she has been intrigued by art and nature around her. Artist Nazish Hassan has been drawing and sketching since the age of 9, she’s an emerging artist who has done her 3 years diploma course from National institute of Fine Arts from Greater Kailash, Delhi. After completing her graduation, Bachelors of Arts from Delhi University. She has recently setup her own studio in a private corner of her home. She has a professional experience of over 3 years which includes two physical exhibitions along with experience of giving tutorship to budding young artists. In present time due to the pandemic scenario she has been involved in online painting exhibitions and competitions. Nazish is a passionate artist, her philosophy of art embraces the idea that any masterpiece is born when imagination and hard work goes parallel. Her work cannot be categorized in a particular style or pattern as she believes in free style of painting. Her work includes the use of acrylic and oil medium. Along with being particular with her work she also likes to experiment with the art she creates. Her goal in life is to convey ultimate peace and grace through her art to the viewer, offering a moment or pause and a feeling of deep belonging..
