Dessine Art offers a free shipping method only if the buyer is opting for a pre-paid payment method. Whereas, if the buyer wants to opt for POD i.e. Pay on Delivery option then they have to pay a fixed shipping fee of INR 70. POD option is not available for Original Art

The estimated delivery time will be between 6-8 working days, depending upon the delivery address.

We start preparing your order once the payment is confirmed. Your order is prepared with extra care, your artwork is packed inside a 3 layered tube, and the frames come with air bubble/thermocol packaging. We make sure that you receive the art in the best form. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know at [email protected] along with the pictures of the damaged product.

Yes, for every order you receive an invoice via e-mail and also you receive a hard copy of the invoice at the time of the delivery. This invoice is used for returns and exchange purpose. So, we would request you to keep the invoice and packaging material safe.

You can only cancel your order if it is not shipped. Your cancellations are not approved if you apply for a cancellation request after the shipping. For cancellation, you can mail us at [email protected]

PAYMENT INFORMATION

As soon as you place the order and pay using one of our payment methods, then the amount gets deducted from your bank account instantly.

You can add those products in the wish list which you desire to buy but you’re not sure about purchasing them. You can add these products on your wish list and pay for them whenever you are sure about buying them

We make sure that you receive the art in the best form. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, let us know at [email protected] along with the pictures of the damaged or wrong product. We will make arrangements for the exchange as soon as your exchange request is approved.

  • NOTE: Original Artwork can not be exchanged. We refund the amount if the delivered artwork is damaged or defective.

Yes, you can change the product or cancel the product anytime before the product is shipped. You can write to the team at [email protected]

You’ll get the order Id which you can use to track your product. You’ll receive a tracking ID as soon as your product is ready to ship.
