Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Dessine Art offers a free shipping method only if the buyer is opting for a pre-paid payment method. Whereas, if the buyer wants to opt for POD i.e. Pay on Delivery option then they have to pay a fixed shipping fee of INR 70. The POD option is not available for Original Art

How long will delivery take?

The estimated delivery time will be between 6-8 working days, depending upon the delivery address.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We start preparing your order once the payment is confirmed. Your order is prepared with extra care, your artwork is packed inside a 3 3-layeredube, and the frames come with air bubble/thermocol packaging. We make sure that you receive the art in the best form. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know at support@dessineart.com along with pictures of the damaged product.We start preparing your order once the payment is confirmed. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, for every order you receive an invoice via e-mail and also you receive a hard copy of the invoice at the time of the delivery. This invoice is used for returns and exchange purposes. So, we would request you keep the invoice and packaging material safe.

How do I cancel my order ?

We start working on your art as soon as you place the order and every artwork is made fresh and customized accordingly.

The order can only be canceled if we are informed within 2 hours of placing the order on our email i.e. sales@dessineart.com or through WhatsApp message on +91 828747 8560.

How do I register myself as an artist on Dessine Art?

We love to promote artists and showcase their artwork on our platform. You just need to send your portfolio to curator@dessineart.com and our team will then get in touch with you.
